Color Press Pakistan Private Limited, constructed on the land measuring 1acre, was founded in August 2021 and is operative since Jan 2022 for production. The factory comprising of four floors is situated at S.I.T.E Karachi Pakistan. Areas for processing, manufacturing, finished goods, dispatches, lab, workshop, and administration block is properly structured keeping ISO 9001 standard. Further, the QA/QC system has been established at incoming, in- process, finished, and dispatch stages including Quality Check Online. The lab furnished with all necessary equipment is also functional to perform day to day tests following GPM compliance practices. They also have ISO 9001 & Health Safety Certification, and also certified for Food Safety Management System, Halal Food Management System & Environment Management System. Floors are equipped with state of the art, USA made Flexographic machine designed for 08 Colors with UV printing, another is the Wide Web China made Flexographic machine which only Water Based or Food Grade ink with 08 Colors, then there is Mid Web China made Flexographic machine 8 Colors, Digital Printing Machine, Roto Gravure Printing Machine 8 Colors. They mainly work on Self Adhesive Paper and Adhesive Bopp, Adhesive OPP, Adhesive Metalized OPP, Adhesive Metalized Bopp, Shrinkable PVC, Pet Shrink and IML Labels, Fashion Industry Kraft Paper, Food Industry Kraft Paper, Sugar Paper, Pepper and Salt Paper, Paper Cup Board, Box Board, Bleached Board and Chromo Card, Pharma Information Label Polyester, Bopp. Apart from this, extrusion lamination, wax coating, bag making machine, dry lamination, three side sealing machine, sheeter, slitters, glue folder, offset printing machine, automatic die cutting machine, manual die cutting, hot foil stamping, machine maintenance workshop and in-house design development facilities are also available.
