Zultec proudly participated in the second edition of Saudi Food Manufacturing, held from April 13 to 15, 2025, at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center. As a leading provider of industrial solutions, Zultec showcased its latest innovations tailored specifically for the evolving needs of the food manufacturing sector.
Our booth attracted significant attention with live demonstrations of a complete packaging and inspection line. The journey began with Proseal’s Tray Sealing system, integrated with a custom-designed conveyor to illustrate the seamless movement of trays through the packaging process. Following the sealing, trays passed through a Fortress Technology Metal Detector, ensuring product safety and compliance, and then a Bizerba Checkweigher, verifying weight accuracy.
We further demonstrated high-precision laser coding and marking using the Leibinger IQJET, capable of printing one or two lines directly onto trays. For enhanced quality control, an X-ray inspection system by BHI was also showcased, highlighting our commitment to food safety.
A standout feature at our booth was the Cobot Palletizing system, a newly introduced solution that adds intelligent automation to the end-of-line palletizing process. Another demonstration line focused on secondary packaging, starting with a Siat Strapping Machine, followed by a Novexx Label Applicator, and concluding with the cobot palletizer—delivering a smooth, automated packaging workflow from start to finish.
Zultec also dedicated a section of the booth to IT & IBS solutions, where visitors experienced the power of AI scales, retail scales, barcode scanners, mobile printers, and other compact devices by Zebra Technologies.
In addition, our vacuum packaging solutions from Minipack and the advanced Pratika shrink wrapping machine offered visitors a glimpse into modern, efficient food packaging technologies.
Over the three-day event, our booth became a hub for meaningful conversations, live demos, and knowledge sharing.
